The villa can be as best described like an intimate private hotel. Located above the center of Opatija, the Villa is only about 420 mt from the famous 12 km coastal promenade "Lungomare". Nature is also close-by. Hiking trails begin 100 meters from the Villa and lead into the forest and to the beautiful nature park Učka (which has a top elevation of almost 1,400 m). There are total four one bedroom apartments that can accommodate up to 4 person each. All apartments have a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen area, one large bathroom plus one toilet, air-conditioning and heating, and SAT TV. Swimming pool and terrace are in the front of the property with private parking for each apartment, and the use of the grill. The Villa has a reception and a person that is always at your disposal.
